You’ve seen the signs around Ukiah’s Westside. Here’s what a few of those homes actually sold for.

In September, homes closed on Fairway Avenue, W Standley Street, and W Mill Street, with sale prices ranging from $475,000 to $879,000. My listing at 1122 W Standley was one of them.

What does that tell you about your home? It’s a starting point. The lot, condition, size, and exact location all matter. Two homes on the same side of town can tell very different stories.
