Closing day is the best day 🥳

These clients had viewed a home in the same neighborhood previously. While the house wasn't exactly what they were looking for, they fell in LOVE with the neighborhood.. While driving to our first showing, one of my clients realized it was actually the same neighborhood. Fast forward to now, closing in the same neighborhood, with more acreage and deeded lake rights!! Everything happens for a reason!

Buying a home is not always sunshines and rainbows. It can be stressful, nerve wracking and demanding! Unfortunately, my buyer client faced some road bumps during the process. Thankfully we had a great team on board, and we managed all those road blocks successfully! She has officially closed on her house and is excited to call CT home! I couldn't be more happy for her.

Congratulations are in order!! I couldn't be more happy for my client! After meeting at an open house, we hit the ground running. We looked at a few houses, but nothing quite felt right. That is, until she saw this beauty! Beautiful home in East Haddam, with amazingly gorgeous CT River views!! 🤩
