You may not know this about me and my husband, but we both went to Judson High School here in Northeast San Antonio. It’s so cool being born and raised here, and now getting the chance to continue supporting our community through my husband’s job. ❤️

Matt just started his 6th season as a football coach for Veterans Memorial High School. Brady loves seeing dad out on the field for Thursday and Friday night lights, and I love the nostalgia of attending a high school football game, especially as someone who grew up in the area!

Watching Matt do what he loves, seeing him invest so much in these young boys is so inspiring. Even though football season means he’s working 7 days a week, it’s all worth it to see his impact on the team. The lessons and characteristics he is helping these boys develop will lead to them being confident, capable adults after high school.

Although daddy’s schedule is jam packed, I love explaining to Brady the cool things his dad is doing. Knowing the difference he’s making makes it all worth it!

We’re almost through the hot months here in Texas. And while I’m happy, I’m also shocked that it’s September! Here are a couple quick life updates from the past couple weeks. 👇

- I’ve been trying to cook a lot more and have been having fun trying out a couple different recipes.
- Spur of the moment, I decided to drive to Dallas for a real estate conference. In 24 hours, I learned so much from some of the best agents in the industry. I noticed all the top producers had one thing in common – they were all unapologetic about their family and their relationship with Jesus. It was inspiring, to say the least. 🙏🏻
- I started a new hobby. Pilates has been a beautiful reminder that I can do hard things. Although I spend most of the time trying not to fall off the reformer, it’s a full hour I get to take to prioritize me and my health.
- I had 4 clients close in the last few weeks, and have three more listings coming soon. God is good! 🙏🏻
- I may have spilled coffee on myself right before a closing, but outfit change and all, I still made it there on time.
- I’ve gotten some awesome, new Google reviews lately. Every review is a beautiful reminder of how thankful I am for those families who choose to trust me ❤️ I’m grateful to have helped 25 families so far this year.
- My favorite moments continue to be family time, especially time with my little man! Brady is my right-hand man, and has been helping me TONS with real estate lately. He’s been to more closings than most people have in a lifetime.

Busy is an understatement, but man, I am so blessed for this life I get to live!

How is summer almost over? It’s my favorite time of the year. I tried my best to document the month of July but it felt like it never slowed down. Here are a few of my favorite memories from the month…

I took up pilates with one of my best friends. WE go once a week and find random new spots to try it around San Antonio - highly recommend!

We went to the zoo with Brady bear. The gorillas were awesome but gosh it’s hot in July in Texas.

We had date night to celebrate Matt’s birthday! Yaya even watched Brady overnight so we could have a little staycation.

Cousin time is simply my favorite. Watching Brady become friends with his cousins makes my heart so happy. We’ve had lots of pool days at my in-law’s pool and we’ve had random adventures all over with my sister and her kids, too!

Apparently my dog has allergies - who knew? Not us! We found out after a very expensive vet visit - woof.

In between all of the fun were many many closings. It’s been a busy summer with work but it’s been very sweet being able to help many people buy and sell here in the NE San Antonio area. I’m blessed, what can I say?

If you’re driving through the heart of Stone Oak, you’ll drive right past Golftec.

Located at 1604 and 281 N, this is the one stop shop for all things golf.

Ryan, the owner, is actually a former client of mine. I texted him a few weeks ago and asked if he could help me get a new driver for my husband for his birthday.

I’ll be honest: when Ryan texted back telling me to come into the shop so he could help me, it seemed like a chore - haha. However, I was SO pleasantly surprised that here I am telling all my friends and family about it on Facebook - ha!

When I say that I was blown away by this experience, I truly mean it. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but every expectation I did have was completely blown away by Ryan and Nicole.

Ryan and Nicole were clients but now they’re dear friends of ours. They went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. They treat everyone with such high respect and kindness.

Not only did they help my husband, Matt, get fitted for a new driver, but they also gave him a private lesson to help him figure out what he could improve on, too. They offer so many cool packages including golf lessons. And let’s be real: it’s pretty nice to work on the little details of your golf swing while in air conditioning.

They even let our little guy, Brady, golf for a little bit in the lobby - I didn’t think we’d ever leave! I think I found our new hobby, and I’m not even a golfer!
