I’m excited to announce the J.O Foundation.

In high school I was fortunate enough to receive many scholarships to fund all of my college experience which alleviated a lot of financial stress. I’ve always wanted to give back so this year I will awarding a $15,000 scholarship to a graduating student of my high school Alma Mater

I’m excited to be able to give back, especially in a way that helped me growing up. This is the first of many scholarships I will be doing over the years and I’m ecstatic to see how the students will benefit from additional financial aid.

Thank you everyone for the support. I can’t wait to make this the biggest foundation possible!

A few investors passed up on this deal because they thought it was too tight. We picked this up for $485k and only spent $1200 cleaning it out and got a full cash offer 1 day on market to $589k.

Progress update on our first investment property. Contractors are in removing excess tree branches, redoing the roof, and grading the back yard. Great to see huge progress so quickly. This will be a 9 week project and we are 1.5 weeks in. Excited to see the progress moving toward!
