Everyone thinks they should be the last ones here and then wants to close the door behind them. I don't care if it was 1950 or 2020. Your family is here because it's beautiful and newcomers are here because it's beautiful. Just because they didn't experience what we did back in the '70s doesn't mean they have any less right to come and enjoy it now. I don't blame car salesman for how many cars are on the road. Don't blame the realtors for what your politicians do. I'd love to see a moratorium on new development building.

Frankly, I'd like to have them repeal seatbelt & helmet laws as well as warning labels. I think that would have a profound effect on our density problems and collective population IQ.
