Moving sucks!

Even when it’s on your terms, into your dream home or forever home!

Organizing and tossing/ rehoming the clutter is always step #1.

We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve stepped on it barefoot at 2am. But today? Today we let go. 😤🗑️
Goodbye to the toy that sang the same 3 seconds of a song on loop for FOUR. YEARS. STRAIGHT.

You will not be missed.
You will not be packed.
You will not be following us to the new house. 🎵✌️

These are a few of my favorite things ✨

We have worked, fretted, primped and changed our minds it seems like for an eternity to bring everything together.

In a custom home, some choices come so easily while others keep you up all night. Our tile and flooring were delivered this week and it’s really feeling real now!

With a pinch of luck and a whole lot of hard work from the team, we should be cleared for occupancy in just a few weeks 😬

Moms Gone Wild: Hot Springs Edition🔥

No one asked us for a snack. No one needed a permission slip signed or a ride. The last thing we heard before leaving was “Mom, what’s for dinner?”
We did not answer. We got in the car.

There’s something about soaking in natural hot springs with your besties that just resets everything — your mind, your body, your whole outlook. The deadlines will be there Monday. The cleats will be found eventually.

But this moment? This moment is for laughing until you cry, catching up and slowing down.

Work hard. Play harder. Repeat.

HOME BUILD UPDATE 🏠 🔨

You may have noticed I’ve been MIA since the start of the year in posting. Totally normal for me to take a few months break from the social media grind and that is especially needed this year.

Two little kids, this build and every tiny piece of brain space it takes on top of gearing up and getting VERY excited in planning the coming year in real estate- something’s gotta give and it’s posting.

Nonetheless, I know many of you love seeing the progress as much as I do so here it is!

You do not need my permission, just in case you want my advice- it’s okay to take your foot off the gas in some areas when you’re getting ready to launch in others!
