Who else is soooooo over small talk and surface level conversations?

It can be a little weird on Instagram being a little more personal but I also want you to really get to know ME, not just what I do for a living!

In short, homebuyer's remorse is when a new homeowner regrets the new home they purchased and feels it was not the right decision.

Often, homebuyer's remorse occurs when the buyer purchases a home above their budget, rushes their purchase decision, makes too many compromises, or buys a home after being pressured to make an offer.

How do you avoid homebuyer's remorse? Ask yourself these questions before you put in an offer on a home:

1. Does this home fit into your budget comfortably?

2. Did you double-check your wants and needs list?
