Twice a week I get the same phone call from a stressed-out Realtor:

“We’re supposed to close in two weeks and the buyer’s inspection just flagged the roof.”

Most of the time, this could have been avoided with a simple roof inspection BEFORE listing the home.

A pre-listing roof inspection gives you time to:
✔ Address problems early
✔ Get repair documentation
✔ Provide a roof certification or condition report
✔ Explore insurance claim options if storm damage exists
✔ Prevent last-minute surprises that can derail closing

In this market, it would be a shame to lose or delay a deal over something that could have been identified ahead of time.

This brand new Weatherwood Atlas StormMaster Shake roof is courtesy of a manufacturer’s warranty.

This customer’s Roof was six years old when we looked at it and saw a widespread blistering which was caused by a manufacturers defect. So we helped the customer through the warranty process and today put on their brand new roof at no cost to the homeowner!
