There’s just something about calling Louisville, KY home. 💙

From the excitement of Churchill Downs and a little baseball at Slugger Field to incredible local restaurants, unique shops, family adventures, and four beautiful seasons, there’s so much to love about this city!

And the best part? You get a little bit of everything. Big-city fun, small-town charm, and some pretty beautiful places to call home. 🏡

I couldn’t possibly squeeze everything I love about Louisville into 20 seconds, but here’s a little glimpse through my camera roll!

GRWM for a Tuesday team meeting! ☕️

There’s just something about getting up, getting dressed and feeling put together that starts my day off on the right foot.

Tuesdays are team meeting days, and I always leave feeling a little more motivated and ready to tackle the week ahead!

Whether I’m headed to the office, a listing, the barn or just working from home, I’ve learned that taking a little time to get ready makes all the difference in my mindset.

Anyone else feel more productive when they actually get ready for the day?

I’ve never been very good at sticking to just one thing. Too many ideas, too many interests, and never enough hours in the day! But whatever I’m doing, you better believe I’m giving it 110%.

Life’s too short not to do all the things you love, right?!

Please tell me I’m not the only one!

Send this to someone you want to move to Louisville, Kentucky. 🤍

Moving to Louisville can start as one of those “maybe someday” conversations.

Then you spend a weekend here.

Coffee in a neighborhood that feels like it belongs in a movie. A Saturday at the farmers market. Driving past beautiful old homes with front porches and tree-lined streets. Dinner somewhere you immediately decide you need to come back to.

Maybe you catch a race at Churchill Downs. Wander through NuLu or the Highlands. Or drive 20 minutes outside the city and suddenly you’re surrounded by rolling hills, horse farms and fences that seem to go on forever.

And somewhere along the way, “Could we actually live here?” starts sounding a lot more like “Okay… what would it take?”

That’s what I love about Louisville.

City life, historic neighborhoods, new construction, acreage, horse country and small-town communities are all right here in the greater Louisville area.

And if Kentucky has been somewhere in the back of your mind, maybe this is your sign to start asking questions.

When someone asks what I do all day… the answer depends on the day.

A lot of different hats, a lot of different things I love, and a life that doesn’t fit neatly into one little box.

But I think that might be my favorite part. 🤍

Some people collect shoes. Some people collect handbags. Apparently, I collect pumpkins.

I think I’ll always be a creative entrepreneur at heart. 🤍

There’s something about taking on a project that feels a little bigger than what you’re used to, figuring things out along the way and getting completely lost in the process.

From refinishing furniture and building my own business to real estate, content creation and finding my way back to flowers, I’ve learned that some of the most rewarding things I’ve done started with simply being willing to try.

Do I always know exactly how everything is going to come together when I start? Absolutely not. 😂

But I love a good creative challenge, and there’s nothing quite like stepping back at the end and realizing what you were capable of.

So here’s your reminder to go after that idea, take on that project or try something you’ve been wanting to do. You might surprise yourself.

A little lunch date with Chase at Taco Luchador in St. Matthews! 🌮🍹

The Baja fish taco, a mango margarita, and chips and queso? Absolutely the right decisions. And the atmosphere is just as good as the food!

Taco Luchador is part of Olé Restaurant Group, which is also behind several of our other favorite Louisville restaurants. They just know how to create a great dining experience.

But can we PLEASE talk about how amazing the inside of every Olé restaurant smells?! 😂 Seriously, does anyone know what that amazing scent is inside all the Olé restaurants?! Because I NEED my house to smell exactly like that!, STAT!
