10718 Morristown Court in Carmel...this 2 BR/ 2 BA home listed on 11/10/2025 for $310K. A FULL PRICE offer was accepted just 2 days later and home successfully closed on 12/16/2025. At closing, the buyers commented on the staging...saying THAT was the REASON they fell in love with the home! Staging makes a difference, especially in this market!
