Here is what nobody taught us growing up.

Working hard is not a wealth strategy. It is just the beginning of one.

The 4M framework is how I think about everything I build and everything I help my clients protect.

Mission. Know the target before you move.

Mindset. Over 70% of wealthy families lose their wealth by the second generation because nobody built a real plan around it.

Move. Decisions made early compound. Decisions delayed cost double.

Every time I sit across from a new client I ask them the same question.

Someone right now is about to sell a property and hand six figures to the IRS.

I am trying to make sure that is not you.

I have had this conversation too many times after a closing when it is already too late to change anything.

Capital gains, depreciation recapture, state taxes all stacking on top of each other and the number that comes out the other side is nothing like what they expected to keep.

The tools to protect against that exist.

They chased a title. A number in a brokerage account.

A version of success someone else defined for them.

Then life sends a wake up call.
