Why are we posting so much about E3? Because we are excited and want to share!

We’ve invested in real estate education, mentorship, and being in the right rooms.

We don’t say that as a flex. We say it because we've learned that one of the most expensive ways to build a business is trying to figure EVERYTHING out on your own.

There’s a “trial-and-error tax” that comes with real estate.

Bad deals.

Sunday Reflection 🤍

We’ve been studying The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn and this line stopped me:

“Your supply is inexhaustible and unfailing when you trust Infinite Intelligence.”

Shinn teaches that abundance is not something you chase — it’s your Divine Design. There is a place you are to fill that no one else can fill. God is your supply. But you have to learn how to play the Game rightly.

So many of us were never taught how money works. We stay stuck — buried in debt, overpaying on taxes, just hoping something saves us. That’s not God wanting you to stay small.

I believe God wants you to grow. To learn. To be a good steward of more, so you can do more good.

That’s why we love E3.

$45 an hour sounds like good money.

Until you actually try to live on it.

$45 an hour times 40 hours a week is $1,800 a week. That comes out to $93,600 a year before taxes. Sounds pretty comfortable, right?

Then reality shows up.

Taxes, Social Security, and Medicare take about $1,700 a month. Your 401k takes another $390. Health insurance takes $300. So your take home pay is around $5,400 a month.

Now the bills start.

Rent is $2,200. Utilities are $350. Internet is $70. Phone is $70. Food is $500. Car payment is $650. Car insurance is $175. Gas is $150.

That's $4,165 gone before you even blink.

You're left with about $1,235 for the whole month.

And that $1,235 still has to cover clothes, toiletries, subscriptions, medical bills, home supplies, emergencies, eating out, vacations, holidays, repairs, and everything else life throws your way.

$45 an hour is almost six figures a year. And somehow, in 2026, that still isn't enough to stop counting every dollar.
