The weather has been too beautiful to stay inside editing, real estate has been keeping us plenty busy, and there's still so much fall color left to capture!

When you've got over 230 GB of fall footage waiting to be edited, sometimes all you can do is ignore the pile and get out there like these guys.

We're sure you'll recognize some of this Oneonta scenery.

We're just out here harvesting good footage and making tomorrow's editing problem a little bigger.

Its been a minute!

This Saturday at the Worcester Wieting Theatre!

A young mouse named Fievel Mousekewitz (Phillip Glasser) and his family emigrate from Russia to the United States by boat after their home is destroyed by cats. During the trip, a fierce storm throws Fievel from the ship, and he loses contact with his family. Luckily, he manages to sail to New York in a bottle. There, Irish mouse Bridget (Cathianne Blore), an Italian mouse named Tony (Pat Musick) and a kindly cat named Tiger (Dom DeLuise) help Fievel search for his loved ones.

Concessions will be available with credit and debit accepted. Shows start at 7pm sharp! Admission is FREE with donations appreciated.

Films are shown in partnership with the Worcester Schenevus Library.

While taking photos for a recent listing, I flew across the street to get a few photos of the church and take a slow glide over Oneonta on an overcast afternoon. Spend a few minutes looking at one of the city’s historic landmarks from above.

First Presbyterian Church of Oneonta was formally organized in 1849, and the present church was built in the late 1880s as Oneonta was growing rapidly around it.

Behind the church is Riverside Cemetery, one of the oldest pieces of Oneonta still hiding in plain sight. The land for the church, parsonage and cemetery was given by Frederick Brown in 1805. The cemetery earned its name because the Susquehanna River originally ran alongside it before the river was diverted in 1815.

Today the church sits near the heart of the city, with its steeple rising above Main Street and looking out toward the Susquehanna River.
