Because when the floorplan is THIS good, keeping it to yourself simply isn’t an option (and after selling many of them in Cincinnati, I know this first hand).

If I were relocating to St. Louis (again) and wanted the suburbs without feeling disconnected from everything… Chesterfield would still be high on my list. 🏡

And not just because of the homes.

You have access to major highways when you need to get somewhere, parks and trails when you don’t, Chesterfield Valley for basically every errand imaginable, and a dining scene that can absolutely hold its own. 🍽️🌳🛍️

Then there’s what’s coming.

The continued development of Downtown Chesterfield and communities like Wildhorse Village are changing what suburban living can look like—more walkability, more connection, and the ability to live close to the things you actually use.
