Recently completed project in Belmont, MA - an arched trellis made to match exactly the one that was destroyed by the fire dept. I laid out and cut the elipses from 3/4" sheething and laminated 8 together in pairs to create the 4 arches, each measuring 1.5 inches thick. (much love to Belmont FD :)

The inside of the file cab as promised. Not much to it, but I liked the wood look over painted for the interior. The black file runners are basic stock ordered online. It was a pleasure to make for one of my busiest clients and should see plenty of use for their growing family. Sometimes tried and true systems of old are the most reliable.
