The Cottage Group, LLC was formed on the premise that homeowners can have a smaller custom home without sacrificing quality, style and durability. Our smaller footprint homes are defined by thoughtful design and attention to detail, featuring quality craftsmanship and materials primarily found in larger homes such as brick, stone and Hardie exteriors, and inside features such as granite countertops and stainless appliances.

Last week, we celebrated a welcome home for our clients in Sapphire, North Carolina. ⛰️

This home brings together spaces for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying everything WNC has to offer. From a custom sauna and handcrafted bar featuring local reclaimed wood to expansive outdoor living spaces, every detail feels right at home in the mountains.

We’re grateful to have been a part of bringing this one to life and even more excited for our clients to settle in and make it their own.

One of the first milestones in every build, this is the groundwork that everything else will stand on. Next up: footings and continuing structural framework, to anchor the home, followed by the concrete pour to lock the foundation into place.
