Documentation is the most overlooked part of restoration, and it's also the part that protects everyone involved.

From the moment we walk into a job, we're building a record: photos, videos, moisture readings, and a written scope of work. That record tells the property manager, the insurance carrier, and the customer exactly what happened, what was done, and why.

Skip it, and disputes follow, approvals stall, and timelines stretch. Get it right, and the job moves the way it should, with every step accounted for. This is how we do it in the field, every time.

Standing water and hidden moisture don't stay contained to one spot. This residential job started with visible water damage and trapped moisture behind the walls that wasn't going anywhere on its own.

Our team mapped the moisture, completed a required demo, placed equipment, and monitored readings until the structure hit verified dry standard.

Ongoing training is part of how we keep our techs sharp, up to date, and ready for whatever they encounter in the field. The goal is simple: make sure every crew has the knowledge and preparation to do the job right when the call comes in.

Trucks loaded, crew briefed, and wheels moving, before most people even know there's a job.

We do this because disasters don't wait for convenient timing, and neither do we. Every callout starts the same way: gear checked, team dispatched, and boots on the ground fast.

We want to be the crew that someone can count on when everything feels out of control no matter what time it is. We are ready when you need us.

Moisture mapping is the story of your building.

For us, checking humidity levels and reading walls is important, but it's also tracing the path water took after a break, floor by floor and room by room.

That documentation is how we tell stakeholders exactly why we're drying one location and repairing another and allows us to move faster.

Clear documentation means faster repair decisions, faster claims, and less downtime for the businesses depending on us to get it right the first time.

Air vents are one of the most overlooked spots for mold growth. Dark, damp, and full of condensation, they create the exact environment mold needs to spread, often long before you notice a smell or see visible signs.

If your HVAC system has dealt with excess moisture or a slow leak, it's worth having the vents checked. Professional inspection finds what a quick look can't. Link in bio for a FREE estimate šŸ”—

PSA: You don’t need years of restoration experience to be a great fit for this work.

What matters more to us is how you show up. Can you stay calm when things get hectic? Communicate clearly with your team? Pay attention to the details, take pride in the work, and remember that there’s a real person on the other side of every loss?

And just as importantly, when there’s work to do, can people count on you to show up and get it done?

We can teach the technical side. We’re looking for people with the mindset, work ethic, and care to build on.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Apply through the link in our bio.

"Sorry, I cannot hear you, I'm kinda busy" šŸŽµ

This property suffered from water/mold, and it's hard to believe these before/afters are the same space. That's the job we hold ourselves accountable to at FP: show up, get to work, and let the results talk.

Jason leading the crew through baseboard removal, drywall demo, and water extraction on today’s job. It may look like we’re just tearing things out, but every step has a purpose.

When water gets into materials like drywall, baseboards, or flooring, drying the surface isn’t always enough. Anything that can’t be properly dried or cleaned has to be removed so we can access the affected areas, extract remaining moisture, and get the space back to clean, dry conditions.

This part of the job isn’t always the prettiest, but it’s what sets everything that comes next up for success. Recovery starts here: removing what was damaged, drying what can be saved, and working through it one step at a time.
