Ok… time for: The Action Plan

Let’s Just Get You Ready (No Stress Version)

Real talk. Spring is here. March is basically tomorrow. And if you want to list soon, we need a plan.
But not a scary, overwhelming, “oh my gosh how will we ever get this done” plan.
A real one. One that actually works for your life and your home.

Here’s what happens:
We walk your home together. I point out what needs attention - the stuff that will genuinely help you sell. And I tell you what you can stop worrying about. (This part is honestly my favorite because I can see the relief on people’s faces.)
Then we figure out priorities. What can get done this week? What needs a little more time? What can we hire out so you’re not doing everything yourself?
Deep cleaning and fixing little things? Yeah, those matter for every home. The rest - paint, staging, updates - that’s where I give you specific advice for YOUR situation.

And then you just… do it. One room at a time. One task at a time. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be done.
Within a few weeks, your home is ready. Not magazine-perfect. Just ready. Clean, decluttered, showing well.
And you can list while spring buyers are actively looking.

Following up on my last post, let’s make a plan that actually fits your home!

Here’s what I’ve learned after years of walking homes with sellers:

The difference between “ready to list” and “ready to list well” isn’t about doing everything - it’s about doing the RIGHT things for YOUR specific home.
Not every house needs a full repaint. But yours might.
Not every house needs staging. But yours might benefit from it.
The kitchen you’re stressing about? It might need minor updates. Or it might be totally fine for your buyer pool.
This is why February matters - we have TIME to:

- Walk your home together
- Figure out what will actually move the needle
- Create a realistic plan you can execute before spring hits
- Skip the stuff that won’t make a difference.
