After 43 incredible years in finance, and nine transformative years steering the ship at RedPeak, our Chief Financial Officer, Mark Techentien, has officially retired! 🥂

For nearly a decade, he has been a steady anchor for RedPeak, guiding us through complex economic landscapes and unlocking major strategic milestones. As a leader, he didn't just manage numbers, he championed growth and built an invincible team that will carry his legacy forward.

Beyond his sharp financial acumen, Mark lived and breathed the RedPeak values every single day. He was a trusted mentor, a collaborative teammate, and a true culture champion who brought warmth and integrity to every room he entered. While we will miss his wisdom, guidance, and daily presence dearly, we are filled with gratitude for everything he has built here.
