Weโ€™re excited to announce the successful closing of Coral Ridge Self Storage! Doran is leading the development and third-party construction of this premier Class A, multi-story, climate-controlled facility. Spanning 100,000 square feet, Coral Ridge will offer nearly 800 units designed to meet the storage needs of both residents and businesses. ๐Ÿข๐Ÿ”

The site will also feature 77 covered RV and boat storage spaces, providing secure, convenient options for larger vehicles and watercraft.
