A fresh space for a growing practice. 👏

Doran Special Projects recently completed the 3,800-square-foot tenant improvement for Chiropractic Health & Wellness in Edina, transforming an empty office suite into a new chiropractic clinic. The build-out included exam rooms, private offices, a welcoming lobby, and a dedicated X-ray room.

Big things are taking shape in Jordan, MN. 🏗️

Our team recently toured the build-to-suit industrial facility underway near 190th Street and Beaumont Avenue. This marks the largest industrial development to date for Doran Special Projects.

Spanning 232,000 square feet across a 28.4-acre site, the project includes office space, loading docks, trailer parking, and advanced building systems designed to support long-term operations.

We’ve officially closed on Kerry Forest Self Storage! 📦🎉
 
Doran is developing the 100,000-square-foot, Class A self-storage facility on a 1.66-acre site within the Northside Shoppes development on Thomasville Road in Tallahassee, Florida. Slated to open in August 2027, the 613-unit facility will offer climate-controlled storage, elevator access, and advanced security.
 
📍 Located on the northeast corner of Thomasville Road and Velda Dairy Road, the site sits at one of Tallahassee’s most prominent intersections.

We were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Seven Points this week alongside City of Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, project partners, and community leaders.
 
The new development will bring 228 apartment homes to the heart of Uptown, helping shape the next chapter of one of Minneapolis’ most iconic destinations.

We celebrated the grand opening of our Class-A self-storage facility, marking Doran’s first development in the Georgia market.
 
Located at 5792 Ogeechee Road, this 115,000 SF, three-story facility features nearly 800 climate-controlled units, expanding storage options for both residents and businesses in the Savannah area.

Completed in September 2025, the 7,927-square-foot second-floor build-out transformed a shell space into a dynamic health and wellness facility featuring group fitness areas, free weights and cardio zones, private offices, an executive lounge, and elevated recovery amenities including saunas and cold plunges.⁠

Doran Special Projects recently finished a 2,400-square-foot tenant improvement for Youth Hockey Hub, refreshing and reconfiguring the space to support their growing media production needs.⁠

Upgrades included new flooring and paint, updated lighting, a renovated break room, and a dedicated podcast studio.⁠

Completed in 2025, this build-out reflects DSP’s ability to deliver thoughtful, efficient interior renovations tailored to the evolving needs of local organizations. Proud to support a local organization that keeps Minnesota hockey stories front and center. 🎙️🥅⁠
