I showed this a little while ago, and I really don't understand why it is still on the market. Very nicely done, comfortable, easy access to the trails as well as on the shuttle route, reasonable HOA.... its a mystery!

I have visited this home and it is truly a special spot in the valley, especially if you are interested in having your horses on site. The seller has moved and would like to get on with the next life plan and has reduced the listing price to that end.
