August Market at the Beach…😎

On average throughout the Grand Strand there is 3.9 months of supply for single family homes coupled with an average of 93 days on market.

What this means…inventory is not excessive but demand appears to be measured (buyers are active but not rushing to purchase).

In a market like this buyers tend to have a greater opportunity to negotiate on price and terms, especially on overpriced or less competitive homes.

Price is always important. A well-priced home is still attractive to buyers.
