This transaction was really gratifying due to the specific need of the sellers. I received a referral from an agent in Tulsa, Oklahoma for a retired couple that needed to sell their home in Sun River in short order, but also needed to maximize their return. We put an aggressive plan together to achieve both objectives and got the approval to move forward with the property prep on Friday afternoon.

My wife and I spent that weekend buttoning up the last of the cleaning, getting it up to our selling standards, and had it on the market Tuesday afternoon with great photos from our go-to photographer, Austin Schadewald with Desert Focus Productions. We received a strong cash offer 2 days later!

🚪✨ CLOSED! Every home has a story, and this one is truly special.

After listing their meticulous, one-owner home for about five weeks, my sellers faced a heartbreaking setback. They had their hearts set on a beautiful property in Mapleton, only to be told it was no longer available. Discouraged and disappointed, they decided to cancel their listing and a scheduled showing, feeling that their dream home had slipped through their fingers.

But fate had a different plan. The morning of the canceled showing, an agent from Northern Utah, who was looking to relocate, still expressed interest in seeing the home.
