Susie With CasaGrande Real Estate I was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala. My mom and I came to the states in 1980 and, after a few hard years, she met my dad and remarried. Susie

My sisters and I had a happy childhood of weekends camping and traveling all over California's beautiful coast. My father was a licensed Real Estate agent years ago and we spent many weekends walking through model homes, construction sites, and seeing homes in different phases of construction. I fell in love with touring homes back when I was a teenager and always dreamed being a Real Estate agent

myself. Although I spent a long time on the construction end before making my dream a reality, I am happy I did as it has helped me understand the process much better. Doing something that I am passionate about really does make me happy. Whether it be helping others sell their current homes or buy their dream homes. Whatever the case may be, I enjoy every aspect of my job and feel blessed to be living in such a beautiful location. I am caring and compassionate, but can also be a strong negotiator who fights for her clients. Hope to meet you someday!
