I never dreamed just by tearing out the unused room above this kitchen that this remodel could be given so much light ☀️, life and character!☺️
The unlaquered brass hood and marble wall just get better with age. From 1980’s to European Glam🥰, this remodel was so incredibly fun to see come to life. 💫

«Ce projet a été un vrai exercice de respect de l'héritage parisien qui était tres présent, tout en modernisant ce lieu de vie afin de le rendre adapté à une utilisation contemporaine. La cuisine a été déplacée et installée dans la pièce de vie principale. Cette magnifique alcôve tapissée de miroirs anciens a été conservée et restaurée, elle accueille le linéaire de cuisine que nous avons dessiné et réalisé sur mesure. »

"This project was a real exercise in respecting the Parisian heritage that was very present, while modernizing this living space to make it suitable for contemporary use. The kitchen was relocated and installed in the main living area. This magnificent alcove, lined with antique mirrors, was preserved and restored, and houses the kitchen shelf that we designed and made to measure.
