once you get the hang of it, you’ll never look back. there can definitely be a little learning curve at first, but we promise it’s worth sticking with. the end result? a claw that feels so secure, you could literally do a back flip in!!

when choosing a size, we recommend going based on your hair thickness:

thick hair = original
medium thickness = original or midi
thin hair = midi or mini

Friday I did a HYROX sim at — not because it sounded fun… but because I needed something that required discipline.. I have gotten lazy at times since the Hyrox I did in December. This reminded me I have a lot of work still to do.

Building anything in life — a business, a family, a stronger mind - discipline is the key. I am far from perfect, but I am grateful for the opportunity to move my body, and be around others who value the same.
