We made a Costco run and decided to come back through Perry FL. today to eat. We ate at the famous Deal's Famous Oyster House, LLC and as usual the seafood was on point once again! If you are in the Perry FL area don't hesitate to go by and see them.

P.S. the food was so good and I guess we were that hungry that we forgot to take pictures. I had the fried oyster dinner and Mitzi had the fried catfish. Maybe we won't forget next time.

“Why do I have to sign a Buyer Broker Agreement?”
1) Because of the 2024 NAR Settlement all REALTORS® are required to have this to show a home.

Because buying a house isn't like ordering an Amazon package. 😂

A Buyer Broker Agreement clearly explains who your agent represents, what services they'll provide, how they'll be compensated, and what everyone’s responsibilities are.

Think of it as: “We're officially working together, and here's exactly what that means.”

Your agent may be:

🔍 Finding homes that fit your needs
📅 Scheduling showings
💰 Helping you understand pricing and negotiate
📝 Guiding you through contracts and deadlines
🏠 Helping you navigate inspections, appraisal, financing and closing
🚨 And trying to keep you from making a $500,000 mistake because you fell in love with the kitchen backsplash. 😂

The agreement also makes sure you understand the financial side of the relationship BEFORE you start shopping.

And here’s the important part: Don’t just sign it because someone puts it in front of you. Read it. Ask questions. Understand it.

The best buyer-agent relationship is one where everyone knows exactly what they’re agreeing to.
Because when you're making the biggest purchase of your life, “I thought that was included” is NOT a strategy. 😉
