As of March 31st, it has come to our attention that the Day 2 schedule is not include replacement of all plywood just 45% see pictures and the 2-foot ice shield protection will apparently be removed. It was informed to Wilkins for examination why the plywood wasn’t removed on their a 100%. This development gives rise to concerns, given that our initial agreement involved $2.5 million for the removal of all plywood, not a partial removal. Neighbors are encouraged to inspect the site and submit their complaints through our portal, as you may be subject to similar discrepancies. It appears that the total cost for the work might be approximately $700,000, significantly less than the allocated $2.5 million, potentially indicating a misuse of funds.It confirms the reason why they never sent us the contract and specification or showed in the club house as was requested many times!
