Dogwoods Trails II is looking for a grounds contractor.

We are also looking for a contractor for our Dogwood Trails I location in Marlin

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled grounds contractor for a year-round monthly contract on a small multifamiliy apartment complex property in Valley Mills, Texas. The ideal candidate will have landscaping experience and their own equipment.

***We also have a need for a contactor in Marlin, Texas, and both contracts are available as a package del.

Stated pay is projected based on historical contracts and may vary by bid and services included. Services outside of regular monthly contract expected to be bid as standalone contracts.

Preferred model of compensation is 12-month year-round contract. Negotiable.

Responsibilities
1. Mowing, edging, and w**d eating the entire property not to exceed 32 mows per year.

2. Blowing grass off sidewalks, walkways, and driveway.

3. Trim hedges as needed.

4. Prune trees as needed.

5. Rake leaves and grass as needed.

6. W**d control/Fertilizer – Pre-Emergent (October)

7. W**d control/Fertilizer – Pre-Emergent (March)

8. Low mow at beginning of mowing season to jump start growth (February)

Job Types: Contract, Seasonal

Pay: From $4,000.00 per year
