The market is changing — but it’s NOT stopping. 👀

July numbers showed NWI home prices continuing to rise, with the median sale price around $300K and homes taking a little longer to sell than they did last year. Buyers are becoming more selective, while sellers still have an opportunity to capitalize on strong values.

👀 And one area getting MORE attention?

HOBART.

Hobart’s July median sale price was approximately $255,000 — up 6.7% year over year. At the same time, inventory increased and homes were taking longer to sell, giving buyers more choices and a little more negotiating room.
