Five inspections. Four Florida cities. One unforgettable assignment! 🔍

This week, CoastalVerify took me across Central Florida:

📍 New Port Richey — 1 inspection
📍 Tarpon Springs — 1 inspection
📍 Lakeland — 2 inspections
📍 Dade City — 1 inspection

The highlight was my inspection at the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village in Dade City. It was the most interesting—and by far the most different—type of property I have inspected so far!

Walking through a setting filled with historic buildings, vintage equipment, and pieces of Florida’s past made this assignment especially memorable. Field inspection work continues to surprise me, and I genuinely enjoy the variety that each new property brings.

🇺🇸✈️ HAPPY BIRTHDAY, UNITED STATES AIR FORCE! ✈️🇺🇸

On September 18, 1947, the United States Air Force was established as an independent military service. Today, I’m proud to celebrate 79 years of airpower, innovation, service, and sacrifice.

This birthday is personal to me.

I spent 15 years in the United States Air Force, serving on the flight line in Aerospace Ground Equipment/Powered Support Systems and also serving as a Safety NCO and Environmental/HazMat NCO. Those years helped shape the way I approach everything I do today—including the work behind CoastalVerify.

The Air Force Core Values have stayed with me long after taking off the uniform:

🇺🇸 Service Before Self
🇺🇸 Excellence In All We Do

Attention to detail. Accountability. Safety. Mission first. Taking care of people. Doing the job right when no one is watching.

Those aren’t just words from my Air Force years. They’re principles I carried into my federal career and now into my own business.

I wish!

Trump is renewing the push for congressional term limits in Washington. 🇺🇸🗳️

The proposal would require a constitutional amendment, meaning it would need broad support in Congress and ratification by the states before taking effect. Congressional term limits have been debated for decades, with past proposals commonly seeking to restrict how long House members and senators can remain in office.
