What a day! I just wrapped up a double-closing Thursday and I am officially tuckered out but so incredibly happy.

I had the absolute pleasure of helping the same wonderful family close two doors at once. We officially handed over the keys to their previous home in Vancouver which sold in the blink of an eye. Then we headed right up the road to Longview to get them officially settled into their new place. Transitions like this can be a whirlwind but these two were about as smooth as smooth gets. No hiccups and no hurdles just two clean closings for for a couple of truly wonderful humans!

I feel so lucky to get to do this work in such great Pacific Northwest towns and I never take for granted the trust you all put in me. Nothing better than when a plan actually works.

My out of town clients flew in and we hit the ground running, touring a number of gorgeous homes, and then this one happened. Well, really they knew it was the one before they even landed in PDX. Deep down it gave them that “this is the one” feeling. Then we walked in the front door and well, it has all the magic! You know the feeling when everyone just looks at each other like yep, this is it. That was the moment.

I’m so excited to share that I’m officially in the planning stages for one of my favorite days of the year, my annual community yoga in the park event!

Mark your calendars for mid-July because we’ll be coming together for a morning of movement, fresh air, and pure relaxation. We’ll be flowing through an all-levels yoga session and capping it off with a dreamy, soul-soothing sound bath. is back to teach this year’s class and I couldn’t be more excited if I tried.

I am still buzzing from hosting such a great neighborhood event this morning. There is something so special about seeing everyone come together over a hot cup of coffee and a fresh bouquet of flowers right here in our community.

We had the coffee cart out front and the vibes were just perfect. Between the tasty coffee, pastries and fun treats it was hard not to have a great time. The sun was out and the energy and the turnout was incredible.

For me hosting this was all about fostering community in a neighborhood I live in and truly love. Meeting so many of our neighbors and making new connections means the world to me. If I could pick my neighbors I would pick you!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made this morning so memorable. I am already looking forward to the next event!

There’s nothing quite like watching the switch from “For Sale” to “Sold,” but this one feels extra special because of the people behind it. My sellers were an absolute dream team.
