Structuring the perfect loan product for a client takes far more than running numbers and knowing guidelines. It also takes understanding the client’s current and future goals. This client had multiple options to consider, including moving to a larger home or undergoing a large remodel/addition on their current home. We analyzed the numbers with their financial advisor. We looked at purchase, refinance, line of credit and second mortgage options. We dove into blended interest rates and breakeven analysis to ensure the product and terms we chose made the most financial sense for this client’s goals. And now they are ready, money in hand, to begin their project with confidence that they made a sound decision!

I get it. It’s not always fun to track down last year’s W2 or tax return. But when we know exactly what to collect from a client ahead of time and our clients are quick to get us what we need, we can move at lightning speed! My goal is always to provide a full file upfront with minimal needs from the client after we initiate a transaction. Less stress for you, less stress for me. This one was cleared to close in 2 days!
