Felix and his family came to me looking for a beachfront condo. They own property in Seattle (where their main home is) and have lived all over the world for work! Richard came to me asking for help buying a home with his VA benefits. These are some of my favorites. I love helping our vets! (my husband is one). He was still up north when his fiancée Kathy and I went out looking. We found a home that felt like the one as soon as she walked in! He was moving here for work as a master diver. We went under contract and when he came home he loved it just as much as she did!

We not only closed on the home, but I got them a new roof negotiated, $10,000 in closing costs covered, and $20,000 in instant equity!

Recently, I took my family to Discover Cove and we had so much fun! Discovery Cove is an all-inclusive day resort where you and your family can enjoy a one-of-a-kind opportunity to swim with dolphins, snorkel with thousands of tropical fish and rays, hand-feed exotic birds, and unwind on pristine beaches. 🏖️

With no lines throughout the park, you can plan your adventure at your own pace. The Lazy River was awesome! We got to relax and enjoy each other's company.

We were able to swim and pet the stingrays which was such an experience that my kids loved!

The water however was COLD, but that didn't stop my kids from having the best day! When you go to Discovery Cove, everything is included (minus swimming with the dolphins). So we got to eat A LOT of food and the kids had about 10 cookies each! 🍪

The grounds there are amazing and they even had Flamingos walking the beach! There is seriously so much to do and fun for the entire family to enjoy! ☀️

Luis came to me looking to purchase a new build in Vero Beach. He owned a home in Fort Lauderdale and needed out of the business of that area. Him and his wife both worked from home so location was not a factor but after chatting a little I knew Vero was the perfect place for them. We saw a few new builds and ultimately found the perfect one! We got his home listed and had an offer the first weekend! I was able to get them into their new home with the proceeds of the old home and offer a simultaneous closing!

Jeannie's sister had reached out to me to help her sister who was moving from NC to FL and looking to sell her home there to purchase here in a manufactured home community.

After looking at a few homes, I sent her to a good friend of mine to get her home on the market in NC!

It went quickly, and I was able to secure her a home here which was contingent on her home selling up there! We had a simultaneous closing, and she is now closer to her sister and family here which is so exciting!

My family and I had the best time on our vacation in the Florida Keys! We stayed at the KOA in Sugarloaf Key which was an RV resort, but we stayed in the hotel room sections. The KOA had different events nightly, which was really fun. Our favorite event was build-your-own s'more night! Mine was a normal s'more with strawberries and bananas on it! Yum!

My husband and I travel to the Keys at least 3 times a year, but this year, we decided to take the kids with us to Key West. They had heard us talk about it, so they were very excited!

We went to the Butterfly Museum, Hemingway House, a few different restaurants, and ice cream shops!

We were able to share the history with the kids of Ernest Hemingway, which was my daughter's favorite part because she LOVES cats. They have their 6-toed cats and she was able to pet them. They house 59 cats on the property and she was determined to find them all. We did not succeed and she only was able to find 30.

If you've been to Key West, you know that roosters are a staple here. My son's nickname is Rooster, so his favorite part was seeing and feeding the roosters. We saw all kinds of roosters and even rooster families as well.

I loved the butterfly garden! Here we were able to see lots of different butterfly species, Flamingos, and turtles. My husband and I even had butterflies land on us!

We had the best time making amazing memories with our kids, and we can't wait to take them back someday!
