Week 3 of SEC football is this weekend. There are a few games that may determine some team’s season. LSU VS Ole Miss could be an interesting game with Lane Kiffiin returning to Oxford. The Florida Gators go to Jordan-Hare for a matchup of first year coaches. This one kicks off at 6:00 and will be a test for both teams. Will Alabama add to the possibility of Mike Novell getting an early buyout? This is a 2:30 kickoff from T-Town on ABC. I hope your team gets a “W”.

Every home has a story to tell...Today closed a chapter long over due. In February, I listed a one bedroom, one bath condo in Hoover's Four Seasons condos. Knowing that it could be a challenge to sell to a smaller group of potential buyers, and facing rising mortgage rates, the seller understood, was patient and understanding. With new carpet, a fresh coat of paint, nice updates and a great location, we hoped for a quick sale. Not so. We had some good interest and a fair amount of showings but, interest rates continued to plague us. Then came a call from a really great Realtor, Julie White with Today's Home Real Estate, saying she has a client moving to Birmingham from Georgia and this is just what she needs. They take a look and whamo! We are under contract! Today we closed and Julie's client is happy in her new home in Hoover. Happy to is my client who now has one less thing to worry about.
