Yes … you can finance land, and you have options👇🏽
✨ Ways to buy land:
• Land loans (banks & credit unions)
• Construction-to-permanent loans (if building soon)
• Seller financing (very common for land!)
• Home equity loans or HELOCs
• USDA loans (rural land + primary residence)
• Good ol fashioned Cash !

So thankful to celebrate another successful closing! 🏡

From navigating the ups and downs of the market to walking alongside my clients as they experienced the heartbreaking loss of my cousins hubby’s mother during the process & on the anniversary of her mothers passing 🤧, this transaction was about more than just real estate … it was about resilience, faith, and new beginnings.

Today, I’m so honored to say we closed on his actual bday and hers is only 2 days later 🥳🎉 ( I love a bday closing !!)

When we initially put in an offer on this pool home we were beat out by another offer, that offer fell through and we immediately swooped in , for the win ! It was an honor to help them reach their real-estate goals 💖
