8 seconds....🐂 (see what I did there 🤣🤠)
That’s the amount of time it takes a buyer to decide if your home is a OH YEAH or OH NO!
There are 4 low cost/easy to do steps that I recommend to every seller before their home hits the market:
1. Curb Appeal - A wreath on the front door, a fresh door mat, new mulch, a couple of plants and some throw pillows on a rocking chair can go a loooong way!
2. Declutter - Anything you are not actively using should go in a storage tote out of sight…board games, winter clothes, misc photos/home decor…the less stuff you have out, the better the new buyers can vision themselves in the home!
3. DEEP CLEAN - Can’t say this enough! Errrrrything….the oven, the bathrooms, the windows….a clean home = a well maintained home❤️
4. Touch up paint - Fresh coat on your doors and baseboards can make a huge impact and give your home an extra layer of shine and polish ✨
