Mid-America Asset Management is thrilled to announce the new tenancy at Baytowne Square & Shoppes with Skechers.

This exciting addition brings fresh energy, style, and activewear to one of Champaign’s fastest-growing retail markets. Skechers will complement an already dynamic lineup of tenants, further elevating the shopping experience at Baytowne Square & Shoppes.

After decades as a beloved Chicago breakfast staple, is bringing its famous cinnamon rolls and charm back to Wicker Park!

The iconic restaurant will relocate its longtime Belmont location to 1819 W. Division, marking its third Chicago location and an exciting new chapter for this local favorite. The move also represents a return to the Wicker Park neighborhood, where Ann Sather previously operated a Milwaukee Avenue location from 2001 to 2007.

Even better – the new space will recreate the spirit of the original Belmont restaurant with many of the same décor elements and furnishings its customers know and love.

While the historic Belmont location is expected to close this summer as part of a redevelopment project, Ann Sather is slated to reopen in Wicker Park in July 2026.
