When a home is in trouble, distance doesn’t matter. We were referred to a homeowner in Rosemary Beach (near Alys Beach) who was facing a nightmare scenario. 📞 He called us to come down from Atlanta because he needed a solution that worked.
The Situation: Even though the home was only a few years old, terrible original build practices were causing dangerously high humidity levels. 📉 The result? Mold and mildew propagating throughout the entire house. ⚠️🍄
It wasn’t a quick fix. We worked closely with the homeowner for several years to:

If you've been to the Five Point Food Market in Villa Rica you have seen our work. We partnered with BOM Remodel to completely gut and rebuild this store. We moved the rear wall making the gas station floor space bigger, installed new coolers, drink bar, built new service counter, floors, paint , new bathroom with tile, beer cooler and even a game room. This was a big project, turned out great, very rewarding. Check out the redesigned Five Point Food Market in Villa Rica, the owners are great people!
