There is a petition going around to replace 3 members on the board. Please take time to listen and sign to make this change. We want the best for our community and board members that actually represents the community with transparency and betterment of the community.

Please review the contracts posted on the website.

As a concerned resident… there many questions that need assessing..

1. Is an estimate an actual contract?

2. Why are there 4 contracts. All with different dates. 3 of the 4 are signed by one board member and the other by another member on the same date of 11/15/22, why?

3. Each contract has a softener price per linear foot. Ranging from $55-65 per linear foot (significantly higher that the average for wood fencing in Hampton Roads)

4. $1500 per resident x 190 (?) residents $285,000 additional!

The fencing estimate total was $335,748

5. Why were hoa dues raised well above and beyond the original vote? How did the loss of the reserve happens from Jan 1 to now when the increase dies was supposed to cover the reserve due to errors from the past.

Is anyone else questioning the practices and financial management of the board?

Witchduck Lake - Pool closed today, 6/21/22 and tomorrow

Just wanted to send a quick message advising that the pool pump switch isn’t working and at this time the pool will be closed today, June 21 and tomorrow, June 22nd for the needed repair(s).
Once the repair is completed, I will send another email advising of the pool being opened.

Thank you for your anticipated patience in this matter as it is truly appreciated.

10. PARKING/VEHICLES.
Parking for the Units shall be in the Garage or on the driveway or parking pad that serves the Unit. On the street parking shall be limited to temporary guests. Overnight or long term guest parking should be accommodated in Unit's garage or driveway. Parking in the pool area is prohibited unless using the pool facilities. Overnight violators will be towed at owner’s expense. Parking of all commercial, recreational vehicles and trailers are prohibited without prior approval from the Board. All motor vehicles visible from the street must be maintained in drivable condition, including maintaining current inspection and registration. Inoperable vehicles or stored vehicles may not be parked or left on any portion of the Common Elements. All motor vehicles shall be driven on the paved portion of the street. No motor vehicles shall be driven on pathways or in Common Areas, except vehicles authorized to maintain, repair or improve the Common Area.
