💌Let me tell you about the journey and business transformation of my friend and client of the .

Noel and I met earlier in 2014, and she was in corporate America banging it out. My girl was a six-figure chick with all the sales accolades and skills most people are envious of. However, she was ready for a change. Ready to step into the calling of her life and be the boss and CEO of her empire.

I remember her being nervous about the transition and almost doubting if she was doing the right thing; however, with faith and determination, she leaped and changed careers in early 2019.

How many of you know this struggle!? So many of my clients had this struggle when they started to work with me but with these 5 steps, they were able to take back control: ⁠⁠

5 steps to manage your time when your time is not your own:⁠⁠
⁠⁠
1. Own it! you are in control of how you spend your time. There are so many different tools out there to help with managing your time. A few are trello, ascana, and monday.com⁠⁠
⁠⁠
2. Track it! figure out where your time is going. This is a tedious task but well worth it in the end. Be intentional and put in the work to see where your time is actually being spent.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
3. Review it! analyze what are the time-wasters. Once you have done the work to track it. Analyze it! You may be shocked to see the results!⁠⁠
⁠⁠
4. Revise it! what can you adjust, delegate or remove entirely? Now that you know what's really going on and where you are spending your time, make the necessary changes to your schedule. ⁠⁠

5. Plan it! design your perfect week and day. Nothing ever happens without a plan! Create a detailed and realistic plan and then STICK TO IT! ⁠⁠
