💌Let me tell you about the journey and business transformation of my friend and client of the .

Noel and I met earlier in 2014, and she was in corporate America banging it out. My girl was a six-figure chick with all the sales accolades and skills most people are envious of. However, she was ready for a change. Ready to step into the calling of her life and be the boss and CEO of her empire.

I remember her being nervous about the transition and almost doubting if she was doing the right thing; however, with faith and determination, she leaped and changed careers in early 2019.

She hired me to help her implement her grand ideas with systems, automation, and people. In less than two years, my friend has become a mega agent with Keller Williams. She has built a team of 4. Launched her credit repair company and created , where she will train new agents to build a sustainable real estate business.

5 steps to manage your time when your time is not your own:⁠⁠
⁠⁠
1. Own it! you are in control of how you spend your time. There are so many different tools out there to help with managing your time. A few are trello, ascana, and monday.com⁠⁠
⁠⁠
2. Track it! figure out where your time is going. This is a tedious task but well worth it in the end. Be intentional and put in the work to see where your time is actually being spent.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
3. Review it! analyze what are the time-wasters. Once you have done the work to track it. Analyze it! You may be shocked to see the results!⁠⁠

4. Revise it! what can you adjust, delegate or remove entirely? Now that you know what's really going on and where you are spending your time, make the necessary changes to your schedule. ⁠⁠

5. Plan it! design your perfect week and day. Nothing ever happens without a plan! Create a detailed and realistic plan and then STICK TO IT! ⁠⁠

🤔How do you think Amazon and Google and all the other big companies in the world got so big? It’s because Jeff Bezos and all the other head honchos knew when they had to hire more people to do the job. They recognized the only way to get bigger was to hire a team and those companies grew into the biggest corporations in the world. Even if you don’t have world domination as one of your goals, YOU can still benefit from hiring a team, or at least a VA.

If you want to focus on bigger projects or hit your next level goals–not to mention stop spending all your precious time doing stuff you don’t love–you need support.
