I have owned 6 investment properties and acted as a Project Coordinator on 5 residential rehabilitation projects and 2 commercial building projects. As a result, I am familiar with buying, selling, rehabbing and managing investment properties. Additionally, with expertise in the residential real estate market of the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, I an passionate for assisting those in more seasoned stages of life whether retiring, downsizing or transitioning into another stage of life. I'll be by your side throughout your entire transaction and will help you sell your home, negotiate on your behalf, review all contracts and agreements for your protection and coordinate with all interested parties to ensure your best interests. Integrity, devotion, trust, and reliability are just a few of the qualities I hold close to each transaction and is based on the belief of concept of placing character ahead of commission. This fits well with my personal belief that the worth of a REALTOR is based on how well they represent their client, not how many transactions they complete within a given timeframe. I personally believe that one can better represent their clients by limiting the number of transactions in order to ensure more attention and focus for each transaction.
