Get into the mind of the seller! Have your agent check the history of the listing
✔️When did the buyers purchase the house?
✔️How much did they buy it for? If they only owned it for a year, do you think they’ll pay BOTH agents, go DOWN on the price AND pay all your closing costs? Do the math to get an idea of how much they will have left over. How long is this been on the market? This is how you strategize! If you need an equity heavy seller to pay most of your closing costs, look for more motivated sellers meaning
✔️market time over 14 days at the least.
✔️ those who have owned it for longer.
✔️Price reductions.
There will be signs that a seller is motivated to sell.
