Flipping during a pandemic is not for the faint of heart 🥴

Last year was quiet a learning curve as we navigated flipping through a pandemic. With everything shutting down it made getting this project done on time really difficult. What it did do is teach us how to pivot and overcome. (Que Ross’s PIVOT scream) 😂

The end result: happy homeowners and a new outlook on future flips!

Hey guys! Welcome to Roland Property Investments! I can’t wait for you to follow along the journey of rehabbing homes!

I’ve been sharing all about our flip homes over the years on my other account but it’s time to dedicate a space to all the flips!

It’s truly never lost on me the people who purchase our homes. I pray over each room, each project, and pray the Lord would abundantly fill each home with love and togetherness.

This is our latest flip! Huge front yard and a backyard that overlooked a pasture and small fishing tank. It was dreamy and I still think about it! ✨✨
