1 year (and some change) of team with this gal and to say I'm proud or so so thankful is the understatement of all understatements. She jumped in amidst the hardest year of my life and the busiest year for my business yet! She's learned so much and works so hard and cares so much and it's been just the funnest to have someone to do this with. I also have to brag - this week she fought a sales appraisal for a buyer client and was able to save them 20k out of pocket by defending the value of their property. TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS you guys. In this market! That's bonkers and she's the best and you can't tell me otherwise.

Holy heckin' heck! NEW LISTING in and this house gets me every time. It got me a few years ago when my clients viewed it and knew they wanted to call it their first home and it still gets me now as they prepare for the next leg of their journey. They've really made her shine and now it's available for the next lucky buyer! They have chickens in their backyard and even get the occasional deer that stroll through 😍 give me a holler if you or some cool person you know wants more info!
