Ok I’m gonna try to cut my reels down! I’m still learning

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Preheat oven to 350, place a covered pan on the bottom rack

Ingredients:
Sourdough bread
Butter
Colby Jack (sliced)
American Cheese (sliced)

Butter both sides of each slice of bread
Place cheese as desired to make your sandwich
Heat skillet on medium/medium high heat
Place sandwich in skillet and brown on both sides.
Once browned take sandwich and place on the rack above the pan.
Turn off oven after you place the first sandwich in.
Repeat for all sandwiches. Before you take the sandwiches out of the oven check that the cheese is melted.

This journey had its ups and downs, but it was all part of the process.

We submitted our first offer… and it was rejected. It just wasn’t the one.
Then came another home… another offer… another no.
But then something shifted. The seller came back and asked if we’d submit a back-up offer. We said yes, and let me tell you a little secret… I’ve submitted four back-up contracts in my career, and I’ve landed all four. This one made it 4 for 4.

Just six days later, we were officially under contract when the first buyer unexpectedly walked away.

Honestly it’s been a hard last three weeks for me. I’ve hit a plateau. I know this is a marathon not a sprint. So I will keep going!! Looking forward to next month’s update. I know it’s gonna be great! 👍 I’m now down 30 lbs and I’m almost off my diabetes meds. ❤️ It’s a process. Sept is going to be worth it!
