The market continues to be a buyer’s market, even more so in the condo market, but also now more in the single-family market. The single-family market had been holding values and seeing higher absorption rates than the condo market for the last year. Now, the months' supply of single-family home inventory has jumped to 8 months, up 38% from the same period last year, when Maui had 5.9 months of single-family inventory.
