Three separate parcels consisting of 2 80s and a 40 acre property, located non-contiguous but close together with two of the parcels being across the highway from each other. These are gently rolling sandy hills in tall prairie grass with one 80 having a bumper crop of sand plums this year. Pastures dotted with cedars and cottonwoods in the bottoms and along the edges of the bottomland. Decent sized, deep pond with sloping banks for the duck or goose hunter you know. Close to farm country that grows them big deer that NW OK is famous for producing. Northern grant county half section near Wakita for lease. Looks mundane but it’s a diamond in the rough lease. Management minded neighboring landowners and hunters with a focus on big bucks and a healthy deer herd. Typically crop land is planted to wheat but some wetter summers it is double cropped with beans. Last year alfalfa, beans, wheat and corn were all planted within half mile of this lease so you can count on the deer to have the groceries to grow big and to stay in the area.
