How did your Mother’s Day go!
For me, the day started with family taking my little guy to the zoo with my mom and dad, enjoying some quality time together.
Earlier in the day, I received news that my clients and I had lost out on an offer for a home they really loved. Instead of dwelling on it, we immediately shifted focus to our backup plan and stayed ready for the next opportunity.
After the zoo trip, my clients and I jumped on a call to discuss another home that had just received an offer. We moved quickly, submitted our offer around 5 PM, and by 9 PM we had an accepted offer!
Now they’re moving forward with earnest money and scheduling inspections.
Real estate doesn’t always stop for weekends or holidays, and neither do I. No matter the day, I’m committed to being available, strategic, and ready to help my clients win.
