Hey neighbors,
Spring is upon us, seeing as we even had April showers a day early. A couple things for everyone to take note of. Our lawn service will resume later this week. We ask that you take a moment and clear your yard of any debris, concrete blocks, kids toys, put grills to the side, etc., to make ease of access for our lawn care provider. This way they will be better to address your homes. We have a new law care provider this year, and I'm sure everyone will be much happier with their results. On another note, we do not allow vehicles to park in the yard. If you have a parking pad, use it. I realize maybe from time to time there are circumstances where it may be necessary, but this should NOT be an everyday occurrence. It looks terrible, kills the grass, and not knowing where all underground utilities are, then driving over them could make for very unfortunate circumstances or damages that you will be financially responsible for. If you have questions about parking, please contact me in the office, or best e-mail me. Infractions will be given out for those who are not following not just this community rule, but also the full rules and regulations of our community. I wanted to let everyone know our regular maintenance will be back soon! He has been busily working on a major plumbing issue in our community, but the end is in sight and we will be able to address maintenance issues in a much better time frame.
